Chapter By-Laws

Membership Qualifications.

·You must be insured and registered as defined in NY VTL

· You must show proof of registration, (copy or show original at time of membership)

· You must wear a helmet.

· All candidates must summit his/her membership application.

All information pulse waver must be completed and signed for membership application to be accepted

Membership not to exceeded 200 all applicants after 200 will be placed on a waiting list

· Corporation membership Qualifications.

Must be a business

Must agree to up hold all club rules

Membership Fiscal Year:

The fiscal year shall commence on the first day of September and end on the last day of August, one year later

· Dues and fees.

· Corporation membership is $300.00 per year

( Allows for 4 membership stickers for riding area use)

· Individual membership is $150.00 per year for single person.

(Allows for 1 membership stickers for riding area use )

· Family membership is $175.00 per year for family members up to age 18

(Allows for stickers for riding area use per the size of the membership)

· All dues are to be paid to the club treasurer on or before the September’s meeting each

year.

Lease area entree gates combos to be changed October 1 of every year

Amendments:

These bylaws may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

Delinquencies:

Membership renewal not paid by the September meeting shall be marked delinquent and will be drop from the membership roster.

Membership Privileges:

· Each paid member has the right to vote at all club meetings.

· To receive club discount at local dealers.

· To ride, hunt or camp on club land

Individual membership 1 land use sticker with membership

Family membership 1-land use stickers per Machine to family member in house hold under age of 18

· Corporation membership 4 land use stickers

Membership Expulsion:

Any member who commits an offense against the organization or who behaves in a manner contrary to the stated goals and purposes of the organization will brought up in front of the current officers or can be dismissed from the organization by a two-thirds secret vote depending on offense. The charge must be in writing and the said accused given a hearing before the elected officers and the present paid members.

Corporation Membership Expulsion:

None Employees use of Corporation membership plates

Delinquent dues

Handing out maps or direction to non members

Logo:

The logo will continue to be the ATV and dirt bike picture. It cannot be changed with out a

majority vote.

Election of officers:

Nominations will be taken in March and most run for one month within a news letterVote on new officers will be in May

Guest:

Any guest must follow all club rules

All guest machine/bikes must be registered and insured as defined in NY VTL

All guest are allowed to attend two meetings

All guest have to make a decision on becoming a member or not at their 2nd meeting.

Members can take no more then 2 guest to the land at a time and the guest can not be taking to the land more the 1 time before they have too be come a club member

Corporation membership is expelled form guest rules.

This means no guest allowed with Corporations membership

Guest policy does not apply to prior members unless the riding area has changed

All Guest most Sign a release Waver and taking member most sign witness line

All guest wavers must be turned over to Sectary for filing

NO Drinking and Driving

LAND USE RULES

1. You must be up to date with all dues

2. You must be registered and insured as defined in NY VTL

3. Must sign membership waver if not a member must sign guest waver

4. Ride in designated areas ONLY

5. You must wear a helmet.

6. Trash and litter: any trash (oil can, candy wrappers, Ect.) that is brought in to the land

must be carried out by the same person.

7. Caution must be used to prevent accidents, use common sense while on club land.

9. Creek crossing stay on bridges when crossing the creeks. This is an ENCON rule.

10. Misuse of club land- misuse in any form (be it destruction of club property, reckless

riding, littering or causing friction with our neighbors) will result in disciplinary action.

11. You may bring up to 2 guest at one time and no more then 1 times for that guest

12. No gun or archery use unless it is being used for hunting.

13. No cutting of trees or making of new trail with out talking to a Trail Coordinator.

14. No ridding off from the club lease

15. No ridding off into the wet land section of the property Stay on the trails ONLY

16. No donuts or spinning of tires in the parking area or on the road way

17. NO ALCOHOLIC Beverages or DRUGS Allowed while riding on club Trails

18. NO DRUGS Allowed on lease property

PARKING / CAMPING AREA:

1. Tow vehicles and trailers parking behind gate area and the first clearing only

2. Travel Trailer, RV’s Tents in designated areas only

3. Travel Trailer, RV’s Tents can only be on lease when the Member/owner is on lease

4. No dumping of waste Storage tanks

5. No blocking or garbage left behind

6. Camp Fires in designated area only, Must follow DEC regulations

7. Travel Trailer must be registered

8. No donuts or spinning of tires in camping areas

9. Alcoholic beverages allowed in camping area ONLY

10. NO ALCOHOLIC Beverages or DRUGS Allowed while operating ATV, UTV Dirt Bikes

11. NO DRUGS Allowed on lease property
