On these pages you will find information about the North Country ATV Association Inc.
Our club began in 1996 in Hadley New York with 10 members who wanted to change the way New York State looked at the sport of OHV. The local VFW granted us permission to hold our meetings in their hall. It was there that NCATVA began the mission of growing its membership and increased OHV trail access. While looking for assistance with ideas for growth and expansion from other OHV groups, we met up with the New York Trail Riders Organization Inc. NYTRO Inc. for short and in 1997 became part of the Largest OHV Organization in the State of New York.
We opened our first club riding area in 1998 on 861 acres of land owned by International Paper, and have grown our trail base to the 2042 acres we enjoy riding today.
The NCATVA currently provides a family fun riding area with trails and activities available for riders of all ages and abilities.
Come on in and take a look!sport is looked at in the public eyes.
